A new application has been submitted with greater height and density.  Details of this can also be found via the Supporting Documentation link.  
A Community Consultation meeting regarding this new application was held on December 11, 2024.  The presenters stressed how similar this new application was to the old one.  All base elements remain the same, the only difference being the extra floors which translate into extra housing on a major street near good transit.
