101 Spadina is not exactly in our catchment but it is definitely something to keep our eyes on. Back in March, local residents were invited to a pre-application meeting and were generally impressed. Then in May, Toronto's Design Review Panel took a look at this project. Those DRP minutes have not yet been posted but, as usual, UrbanToronto.ca provides an interesting and informative read.
