Attendees focused more on the height of the building which, at 52.7 metres, greatly exceeds a 45 metre (all-in) limit the City intends to hold for the west precinct of the King-Spadina neighbourhood. GDNA members and friends have been invited to participate in a follow-up dialogue with the developer about this proposal. Interested individuals should email gdnatoronto@gmail.com for details. |
