Development on Queen Street West is protected by a Heritage Conservation District ... so heights and built-forms are constrained. When we were invited to a preview of this proposal, it was a pleasure not to be faced with a tall glass tower. In fact we gave "thumbs up" to this 4-storey office and retail building at the corner of Queen and Augusta. Acceptance is understandably easy when you see what structure it is replacing.
