663 King Street West - a development proposal for residential rental units

Currently the site of the Banknote Bar, 663 King West is a proposed development of 19 storeys, the bottom four of which will retain a heritage facade.  647 King, 73-69 Bathurst and 58-60 Stewart Street will be subsumed into this mixed-use building, with 247 residential rental units and retail on the lower levels.
