The City has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application at 8-18 Camden Street. The proposal is to permit a 19-storey mixed-use building containing 185 residential units and 308 square metres of retail space. With the recent changes in the legislation from Bill 109, application review timelines have shortened, but we want to ensure community engagement is not hindered due to that. We are currently in the process of scheduling the community consultation meeting (virtual) for September 5, 2023 from 6-7:30pm. A final recommendation report, targeted for September 19, 2023 Toronto East-York Community Council, has since been cancelled.
