| On June 6, 2018, the Toronto and East York Community Council will receive input and review the latest proposal for this site, formerly the home of a Para Paint store. Here are the details should you wish to make your views known regarding this application. There had been no apparent activity on this rezoning application for over a year ... so I wasn't surprised to find that the documentation had changed somewhat. I didn't, however, expect a complete rework. Unfortunately I didn't keep a copy of the old architectural plans that wowed us back in 2016 ...on most floors, 4 large units with immense balconies and direct access via elevator.
