City Council, at its March 26th session, adopted a "Request for Direction Report" which outlines the issues Community Planning finds with the development proposal.
A subsequent "Procedural Order" was filed with all the details, specifically:
- the GDNA registered as a Party
- condominiums at 32 Camden, 42 Camden and 438 Richmond West (the Morgan) registered as Participants
- Max Allen from the Grange Community Association registered as a Participant
- the hearing date has be set for June 10th through June 21st, 2019
- issues to be addressed by the City and by the GDNA have been listed as part of the document
