The minor variance application was approved in March 2018. The site plan application has not yet been approved. There are several details still to be resolved for the site plan application, but these are relatively minor in nature and relate to technical requirements. I expect that the next submission, which will address these issues, will be the last, and we will be in a position to issue the Notice of Approval Conditions. The owner will then have to satisfy the conditions before receiving their final approval. This generally takes about eight weeks, depending on the speed of the owner in satisfying the conditions.
