A GDNA submission to the TEYCC meeting on July 4, 2018

City Planning has produced a Final Report for the next session of the Toronto and East York Community Council (accessible here) in favour of this development application.  Although in agreement with this direction, the GDNA wants to make sure the construction process does not have a negative effect on the popularity, vitality and safety of Rush Lane (Graffiti Alley).  Hence this comment (available in pdf format) has been submitted for attachment to the file.
