The Site Plan looks more closely at the design and technical aspects of a proposed development after the zoning has been settled. Features such as building designs, site access and servicing, waste storage, parking, loading, and landscaping are reviewed. A development can only be built according to the specifications and conditions of the Site Plan that has been approved. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about the proposal, ask questions of the applicant, Community Planning, Heritage Preservation Services, and Urban Design staff.
