(The full address is 602-622 King Street West, 499, 503, and 505 Adelaide Street West, and 1 and 11 Adelaide Place.)
Date: Monday, February 1 Time: 7 p.m. Location: Metro Hall, Room 303 Re-zoning for this development was approved by City Council in July 2015. For more information, you can review the presentation materials from the March 2015 public meeting on our website. Most developments in the City of Toronto are subject to Site Plan Control. The Site Plan looks more closely at the design and technical aspects of a proposed development after the zoning has been settled. Features such as building designs, site access and servicing, waste storage, parking, loading, and landscaping are reviewed. A development can only be built according to the specifications and conditions of the Site Plan that has been approved. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about the proposal, ask questions of the applicant, Community Planning, Heritage Preservation Services, and Urban Design staff.
