Eva's Phoenix at 60 Brant Street - an example of Adaptive Reuse

We watched with eagle eyes while it was being constructed and were a thorn in their side during the early days of occupancy.  But the GDNA definitely applauds the end result as described and pictured in this article.  
Looking forward to the trees ;-)
